Under the direction of the Director of Evaluation Office, the Senior Evaluation Specialist is responsible for the Evaluation Office’s global portfolio of institutional effectiveness evaluations – i.e., those evaluations that transcend individual sectoral areas (e.g., health, education, WASH, child protection) and assess UNICEF’s overall organizational performance on measures of relevance, effectiveness, efficiency and other evaluation criteria.
