The EvalPartners Flagship 1 Programme supports the strengthening of National Evaluation Policies & Systems (NEPS).

It is designed to reinforce inclusive multi-stakeholder partnerships to develop national development roadmaps, establish robust NEPS and develop Voluntary National Reviews that incorporate evaluative evidence and consider evaluation as an integral component of SDGs follow-up and review.

The key outcomes under this programme are:

  • strengthened National Evaluation Policies and Systems (NES) in the 15 “focus countries”
  • multi-stakeholder partnerships created for an inclusive VNR process of national development agendas
  • adoption of an evaluative dimension of the VNRs at the global level
