The Pan American Health Organization (PAHO) is recruiting an independent evaluator for the evaluation of the Regional level of Technical Cooperation in the Caribbean. The objectives of this assignment are to examine the extent to which technical cooperation needs are being met, review human resources and determine whether functions match what is needed. and to make recommendations to improve processes, methods and policies.  Evaluators should have a good understanding of the health situation in the Caribbean and have experience in organizational governance, managerial approaches and institutional strengthening.
