UN Women is recruiting an evaluation team with 1 international and 1 national consultant to undertake UN Women-DRC Country Portfolio Evaluation (CPE). The CPE is commissioned by the Country Office (CO) as a forward-looking exercise aimed at supporting the CO and national stakeholders’ strategic learning and decision-making. It uses the CO’s Strategic Note as the main point of reference.

The purpose of the evaluation is to determine the effectiveness, efficiency, impact, relevance and sustainability of the UN Women programme. Specifically the evaluation seeks to take stock of programme achievements, challenges and opportunities; verify the continued relevance of the programme; assess the programme design, objectives, strategies and implementation arrangements and draw lessons learned and provide forward-looking options to inform the next planning exercise of the Country Programme.
