• EvalPartners is a unique, innovative platform that brings old friends and colleagues, as well as new actors in evaluation together to explore how the evaluation profession is evolving and transforming in the journey towards 2030
• In 2022, EvalPartners celebrates 10 Years Together marking a decade since the birth of the global initiative in Accra, Ghana during a Board meeting of the International Organization of Cooperation in Evaluation (IOCE) in April 2012
• Over the past decade, the global EvalPartners movement has shaped the international agenda for evaluation (EvalAgenda) and succeeded in encouraging the evaluation profession to take a more global approach
• EvalPartners has made significant strides forward in capacity building, global collaboration and innovation
• Through the now established five EvalNetworks EvalYouth, EvalGender+, EvalSDGs, the Global Parliamentarian Forum for Evaluation and EvalIndigenous, EvalPartners has successfully steered forward the EvalAgenda
• In 2021, EvalPartners reflected on key milestones by launching an independent evaluation of its Strategic Plan 2018-2020
• In 2022, EvalPartners is collaborating with taskforces, committees and networks to develop a new strategic plan that will inform EvalPartners’ future direction
• These processes run in parallel with the co-creation of the Global Evaluation Agenda 2030 – a global roadmap for evaluation, building on EvalAgenda 2020, and responding to the increased development challenges in the wake of the Covid-19 pandemic
